Addon nach /tmp/ kopieren und über Blue Panel manuell installieren

Dies ist eine Completversion.
Dies enthält nun als folgendes:

- MGCamd 1.23 (bin)
- RonaldCS Startscript und entsprechendenUninstallscript
- NewCS 1.20 startscript incl. entsprechenden Uninstallscript (Wer es nicht benutzt)
- Delscript-Complete

Die Config der Emus würden ausgesondert,
somit kann / muss man diese bei einer Neuinstallation entweder einmalig installieren oder Manuell erstellen.

Dies hat dann dem Vorteil das man nun Keys und Emus gefahrlos updaten ohne das eine individuellvorhandene Einstellung überschrieben wird.

experimental gbox client (client only, no forwarding),
config file - peer.cfg, cards list in /tmp/mg.info,
reports itself as version 2.0A (there was no such gbox version, can be detected).
if gbox client enabled, it always will be tryed first for irdeto, ignoring P: option.
tested using own local gbox "hub", this is recommended mode to use.

U:, N:, G:, P: options changed, read config file.
osd on disconnect/reconnect to newcamd servers (if S: +02)

note that this is not real au and can be broken at any moment by t*s,
enjoy while it lasts.
